The doctoral thesis of Dr Joanna Kazmierczak, advocate, under the title ‘Liability for planning damage’ was awarded in the 8th edition of the Prof. Zbigniew Radwański Competition for the best doctoral thesis in Polish private law.
The prize is the free publication of the paper in the series Legal Monographs of the C.H. Beck Publishing House.
