1. The Cookie Policy is attached as an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data representing a small fragment of text, as described in the European Parliament’s Directive 2009/136/EC on privacy and electronic communications regulating the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector and in Article 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Act (i.e. of 7.12.2023, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 34), for the use of websites. Cookies are sent by the website to the browser and then back from the browser to the website on subsequent accesses by the respective user. 7. The Cookie Policy governs the use of these files and other similar technologies that are used on the adwokat-kazmierczak.pl website, as part of the services available online and in applications belonging to the website operator.

11. The following cookies are used on the website:
a) necessary to enable the use of the website and the services available through
the website and which collect information on the use of the website or which are intended to ensure the security of the use of the website, e.g. security tokens,
b) analytical (performance) cookies, making it possible to collect data on how users use the website, in particular how often they visit individual tabs or use specific functions, receive error messages or find the website’s page on the web. Analytical cookies are only intended to enhance the usability of the website and the user experience. On this website, analytical cookies are placed by, among others, Google Analytics,
c) functional, enabling the assignment of selected settings and choices to the website user and thus personalize the user interface, e.g. with regard to the language selected, the country visited, the font size, the design of the website and other website parameters,
d) advertising, used to record visits to the site and links opened on the
site in order to adapt content to the interests of site users and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
12. The server that hosts the site stores data on the IP address, browser type, search language of the user, date and time the page was viewed. This data allows us to improve the functionality and efficiency of the website and to collect data needed to analyse website traffic and identify visitors for the possible enforcement of applicable rules, policies or common law in the event of a violation.

16. Cookies may be transferred to third parties and used by entities cooperating with the operator, e.g. payment operators, as well as by operators such as Google, Linked in, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. The operator of the website has no control over cookies and the data they generate, which are placed by third parties. The most common cookies placed by third parties are analytical (performance) or advertising files. It is advisable to read the privacy (data protection) policies of these entities in order to obtain information about the personal data collected and processed by these entities.
17. When you access the website, a message about the use of cookies is displayed at the bottom of the dashboard.
